When you use the contact form, we receive the name, e-mail address, company and message you enter. We use them for one purpose: to answer you and, if you wish, to arrange a conversation. The legal basis is your request – the steps you ask us to take before any agreement.

The details are stored in our customer relationship system (Odoo), which is hosted in the European Union, and are visible to the colleagues who handle enquiries.

If you book a call through a colleague's calendar link, the booking is handled by that scheduling service under its own privacy terms.

We do not send newsletters or marketing e-mails on the basis of a contact-form message, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their purposes.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, so that we can pick up where we left off. If a business relationship follows, the details become part of that relationship's records.

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Write to mail@devleet.si. You may also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
